 Hi, I’m Philippa—a lover of the outdoors, tiny insects, fancy cocktails, and making everything look beautiful. My passion for photography started early, sneaking my mum’s camera to capture everything from garden blooms to Barbie dolls. Eventually, she gave in and got me my own, and my obsession with photography truly began. My family even nicknamed me ‘CCTV’ because, if I’m around, there’s a good chance you’ll end up on camera!

This love for capturing the world around me naturally evolved into a career as a Social Media Manager. I thrive on the challenge of making everyday objects look extraordinary, creating eye-catching content that draws in potential followers. With over five years of experience in social media, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what makes a business stand out and how to engage new customers effectively.

As a freelance Social Media Manager, I’ve had the privilege of helping businesses grow their online presence. One of my proudest achievements was taking a client’s Instagram from 500 followers to becoming the most-followed independent garden centre in Hertfordshire!  

I currently manage social media for The Dutch Marketplace and Mimram Valley Butchers, gaining extensive experience photographing a wide array of subjects—from flowers and houseplants to giftware, food, and drinks. I also get to visit local farms and capture live animals in their natural environment!
